Your OP says a 19" tire fitment with a 7.5" wide?

In order to tell if they will fit, we will need the following:
Width of the wheel
Offset of that wheel
Tire size (width and aspect ratio)
Tire brand and model helps too

With that information, someone will surely be able to make an educated guess wether it will it without modification or not.
