my new toy '00 Audi s4

Picked this up a few weeks ago. Long story short bought a '99 a4 for a project car but ended up being FWD not quattro so seller bought it back. Found the s4 a few days later (surprisingly 127k miles!). Installed coilovers, JHM short shifter, full Kenwood/Kicker audio upgrade minus sub, tinted windows, and now in the process of installing all new front control arms. I've been wanting a twin turbo s4 for a really long time! I had an '04 s4 for a few months but traded in for my 135i because of engine problems. The b5 chassis is so much more fun! Still debating whether or not to sell the "1" but I just can't seem to let go of it. Kind of cool to have two twin turbo 6cyl cars in the garage

I miss my b5 s4 sooooooo bad. I'm somewhat regretting getting rid of it for my 135.

pretty sure eveything in the engine is stock. I'll try to get some interior pics but its just black leather with a 6 speed.

It'll always be my second car so I'm really not worried about anything breaking plus I can afford to fix whatever goes wrong with it. When the turbos go I'll most likely get the 034 motorsports single turbo kit.

Need to get a full inspection especially timing belt check first. Replacing all the front control arms at the moment and waiting on an Evolutional Thor under panel plate to avoid cracking the oil pan. Then when we finally get a decent snow storm here the fun will begin

Need to remove the front end to replace the timing belt, I have a friend who owns a 02 and last summer upgraded the turbos, the car halls ass now

Thanks man! I was the same way I always wanted one (even knowing of all the maintenance issues) and when I found the perfect combo red with black int I couldnt resist

Yeah I'm familiar with removing the front end but one thing I won't mess with is changing the timing belt my self. I have an Audi shop that I have a good history with that will do the inspection and t-belt change.

Twin turbo upgrades will be fun but as you know requires removing the engine to change them. That's why when the stock ones soon (unless they've been recently been replaced) I'll go single turbo so I only have to pull the engine once and never again for future turbo work.
