2010 135i Base Stereo

So I bought a 135i recently, it has every option but the upgraded stereo. Its a MY 2010, built in late 2009. My sales person told me it has the base stereo, but it has the Equalizer settings and tweeters in the mirror triangles.

Do i have the base 8 speaker system or the 10 speaker hi-fi system? I read through several posts with no clear answer. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me!

Coupe or Vert? They have different audio systems.

IF you have the coupe and the EQ and tweeters at the mirrors... don't that say HK on the tweeters>? IF they say Alpine... you have BMW Alpine amp upgrade with the tweeters and mids.

My 09 128i had the equalizer built and sounds almost good as the M3 premium sound and I have to pay $1900 for this option, I can't the difference.

Can you get the PDF that shows the systems on the 2012 Coupe? I have the tweeters on the mirros cover but it is not HK.

2012 and 2013's base audio system was what was called: HiFi

Look at that first audio pdf on e87/e90, ect for what that entails hardware wise.
I am not audio expert though.

You might want to ask Musicar NW in a PM and see what they say. Or try searching here. There have been plenty of these sorts of posts in the past. Some of the Musicar NW experts are: vp fiberglass or VP Electricity

HiFi system still sucks I had to upgrade it.

Haha whatever man, its better than the shit 6 speaker system. My stereo sounded pretty good, so thats why I was wondering if it was Hi-Fi or even the lower one.
