Best cleaner to remove black rubber tire marks??

Hit a huge piece of truck tire re-tread yesterday that left black rubber marks on the front bumper and lower side plastic rocker panel. What product is best to use to remove??

i would try turtle wax bug and tar remover.

I'd start with something mild and zero/low abrasive and work my way up until the marks are removed:

1. car soap and water
2. quick detailer
3. straight wax (no abrasives)
4. cleaner/wax
5. low abrasive polish

Any tar bug remover or if you are cheap, parrafin will do same. Just have to apply sealant again after.

Thanks all, one thing forgot to mention is that the front bumper is covered with an anti-chip protective film. Will these tar removers dissolve or damage the film??

Yes. Can't use these. Need a non-abrasive polish with zero cut.
