BetaLink vs. 3M

Just received my OEM CF spoiler today for install on my 1er. I purchased the BMW Adhesive Kit, but haven't read good reviews on it. What are the pros/cons of either. Also, I am worried the 3M will come apart when I'm really getting into it (regularly get her up over 140mph+).

Did you have any issues with the BetaLink leaving visible residue? Was it easy to clean off the excess, I've heard it's near impossible.

3M. i'm using it on my JBspeed perf lookalike spoiler and its never going anywhere. This is the second time i put it on, the first time it held strong even after a stupid car wash employee put the power washer directly underneath the spoiler. it wobbled a bit after that, so i decided to remove it and reinstall... That took 2 hours with acetone and fishing line to get off. 3M outdoors tape is plenty strong to hold it on even at 130+mph.

Had 3m tape on mine for over 3 years now. No problems to report.

No brainer for me...3M. The stuff is solid, but still allows you to take the spoiler off if you ever need to.
