Justin (JK135) painted his in his exterior color: Saphire Silver (gold-ish). Here is a bad pic of his valve cover painted.
I have always wondered IF you could wrap a vc in some CF foil ?

Well it looks good but you really need to choose something heat resistant paint or even foil. It is possible to wrap it with real carbon but also for that you need to use heat resistant material. My friend did real carbon on his 320d engine but after some time it became yellowish and looks cheap...
