Yes there are several options, one is CSL reps.
The design of the 1M wheels is the same ZCP wheel from the e9xM3 that was made popular by the e46M3 CSL. (which is why they are called CSL replicas)
If you don't want to pay 800-1000 for reps (there's alufelgen, VMR, etc that make em) then you could always get the knock-offs on craigslist, just search M3 in the parts category and you'll come up with dozens of hits of knock-offs. I cannot attest to any of those in quality, these are just what I've seen from searching around.
