New wheels - V710 galaxy black on Alpine white
I put on some VMR V710s in galaxy black powdercoat recently, and MPSS in 19". I also added the white time attack ring to break up the wheel from the tyre. Hope you guys like it. I recently acquired a DSLR and these are my first ever pics taken, haha, so don't judge.

Thanks. I'm running Eibach pro-kit springs, however up front I have southernBM camber plates which raise the car approx 5mm from what they would otherwise be without the plates- this gives the front and rear an almost equal height as opposed to the lower front (compared to rear) on cars with just the Eibach springs and no plates. M3 suspension bits on too Incase you're interested.

I think 19s are just too big, tires are so tiny like that. And the photos look a bit over contrasted. But otherwise nice!

Outstanding!! Tell us more about the exact tire sizes, camber, fender mods, etc. please. You have me thinking that maybe I can get some PSS's to fit my car!

Thanks guys. I really like the result too. Exactly as I wanted it to turn out.
So far these are the only pics I have. But will be taking more soon and I will upload them then. With regards to mods to achieve this I have Eibach pro-kit springs, M-sport dampers, southernBM camber plates, M3 control arms and tension rods. Alignment settings are -2.5* front and -2.2 rear. No fender mods have been done yet, but over mod-heavy bumps the rears scrubs just a tad- a bit of a roll should sort that out pretty soon. With regards to the white time attack ring- I applied it myself using a 6mm wide vinyl ring kit (comes in curved strips) from eBay. Was easy to apply and took only minutes and is holding up great and you can't even tell it was a hand-applied vinyl unless you scrutinise it. Even then It's difficult to tell. |
