Generally the consensus is that a rear sway on the 135 is a bad idea b/c you'll pick up the rear wheel and lose grip trying to accelerate through and out of a corner. If you feel the car has too much body roll, adding just a front sway (e93 M3 is a very popular choice) can do wonders for that, however, it comes at the expense of a bit more understeer.
Really the best thing to do, if you have the $$ is to upgrade the shocks to koni yellows or put a good coil over system. That right there will decrease body roll, improve the dampening (which is this cars biggest weak point), and give you more controlled and better handling.
