I thought it would be nice to have one place where we can all see local events for us to plan to go to.. Of course not everyone can make it everytime, but at lease we can try to make plans.

Please note check dates with the actual organizers, as dates can change. There are diffent rules / classes / car prep / fees etc etc etc for all events, so make sure you do your homework.

Personally I Time Trial more than anything, but i always have an itch for a nice cheap, close auto-x to have fun at. I time trial with EMRA ( they are the cheapest, but very good guys) and plan on going to 4 to 5 of there events..

I did the Pococn North course with EMRA last year.. cool track when you get up on the banking and you are just feet from the wall pedal too the floor for a LONGGGGG time.. you guys with snails under the hood should see a hair under 140 before the dive bomb right into the first turn.. I was able to see 125 ish in my 128.... WOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOO

Great thread. Posting here should help us meet each other on some of the events. My favorite track by far is WGI and i will be there with scda on april 25 and with nasa on may 2. Hope to see some of you there

I suggest that if you see an event that you want to go to... start another thread in the ny-nj-ct-pa thread with a simple title like:

Auto x sat 5/12 at Meadowklands whos coming

or

HPDE Lime Rock 4/16 whos coming..

That way all intrested can post / talk / caravan/ post pictures and results and it will all be the same event.

Also that way this thread wont get polluted and confused with trip planning or discussion about many events

always try to reference this thread to get it back to the top so that newcomers still see it..

should we cross post it in the Track Thread ??? i figured better local than world wide, No???

To all..

I am trying to do most of the EMRA TimeTrials, and i realize that some may be hesitant on going because they never did it or dont have stuff etc etc..

I Have everything that one could possibly need, car wise, and am happy to share, from blue tape to spare parts ( yes i bring a spare brake hose/ fluids / pads etc etc and yes i could bring 135 parts if needed .

so let me know if you want to go to any and we can make a day of it.
