I asked BMW Motorsport the same question last spring.
None left for sale.
Ask a tuner to make a copy.

Also the front lip is different. The one of BMW Motorsport (MotoGP) is barely extending from the front spoiler.

Aha. So the Tuningwerks car is a more or less 99% copy of this Works MotoGP Safetycar?

Cheers

Yes, I know.
The one from BMW Motorsports is the "real thing" and on top of my list.

Yep and a hell of a lot more power You could purchase the car through Tuningworks with all their goodies as shown if you have holes in your pocket for 119,000 euros

No doubt there must be a mould floating about from the company who made for BMW, that could be a route to try, ask who made it and go from there, if no luck one of the tuning companies with carbon goodies could put you to there supplies to produce a copy.

The rear wing on the Tuning Werk car bothers me. It's mounted at an extremely stalled angle- compare to the BMW Motorsports wing, which is mounted correctly.

A wing mounted at that angle is seriously wrong and largely for looks, weather that's intentional or not. Either way they lose major points.
