1M Water Pump - BMW 1 Series Coupe Forum / 1 Series Convertible Forum (1M / tii / 135i / 128i / Coupe / Cabrio / Hatchback) (BMW E82 E88 128i 130i 135i)

Hey Guys

Does anyone know if the part number of the water pump on the 135i and the 1M is the same? Essentially they are same motors with the addtional cooling on the 1M. So my gut feel is that it should be the same but wonder if teh extra cooling requires a "stronger" different pump?

According to www.RealOEM.com the water pump part number for the 1M is: #11517588885

Looks like that pump is used on many x35i engines.
