Fake right hand drive E90 in Australia

If you go to http://www.bmw.com.au/, you'll see a familiar photo of the E90.

Right hand drive, it is travelling from left to right in the frame, and is remarkably similar to one you've seen before at www.bmwusa.com that is left hand drive, but travelling from right to left.

Funny thing is, the Australian E90 has the BMW roundel reversed

It's because their country is upside down - it's bound to affect you in lots of different ways!

So in Australia, does the lottery pay every willing person $1 for a chance to lose megamillion? You can get a dollar for every set of number you're willing to take on the ticket that gives u the chance to lose $170 million dollars if the little balls pop ur way.

The problem is with BMW marketing probably having to prepare a website with marketing collateral sent from Europe before they recevied the actual car here. Other Euro companies simply show the LHD version knowing that most Australians are intelligent enough to realise that the car will be RHD in Oz.

As for bagging the country, don't knock it until you have tried it. Most people from the US that I know love the place and the people. But anyway, at the end of the day it doesn't really matter anyway, because we live in a global village now guys, so this kind of stuff is just peurile.

Hey Aussie E90

The CD stacker and seats etc came standard with the 325. I was actually quite surprised how loaded the 325 comes these days. When I bought my last car it was almost a poverty pack version... not these days, I think they are turning the wick up against Merc and Audi.

Just called my Dealer (that doesnt sound good) to get my fix (might as well carry on with it) but he was on a RDO. I was hoping of an update on my car. I think i have only prolonged the process with all the extra dealer fitted options. Apparently the car will have to sit there for at least 2 days after the CF lips and Rear Spoiler and tints dry. "I guess its better than a kick in the teeth" haa haa lol, i love that Aussie ocka sayin.

Hey Aussie, your car sounds like it is going to look hot when it is finished. Have you resisted the temptation to "visit" it?

Make sure you post pics when it is done!
