Good luck with the sale!

Wish this was a US-spec car. I'd strongly consider snagging it.

you could probably bring it to the US. all you would need is a letter from BMW Canada saying it has the same certification (most Canadian cars have interchangeable spec as the US cars). The letter acts as a waiver between US and Canada borders for automobiles.

Note: this only works if the exact same model was sold in the US.

Yeah, not going to work for me, I'm afraid. Even though it's mostly the same spec, the speedometer's in KPH. (Silly, but it's a dealbreaker for me.)

I have imported 2 BMW's from Canada to the US when I moved here. BMW swapped out the speedo's for me, gave me the letter, and I drove across the border with them and imported them. It was very straightforward.

The digital you can switch to miles and US specs no problem in the dash. The analog will have to stay KM/H though....

Yes it is to be honest it's only been out when the weather has been nice for sure 3 consecutive days straight according to weather network and it had to be a weekend.

The dealership is about 60 km away from where I live. So that's the first 120 or so. The rest is just weekend spirited driving wherever I could find it. I wish had the time to track this baby.

Thanks again

GLWS, good to see that low milage 1Ms are still available

If any EU style speedo becomes available after a US import, i' be interested. (Too bad a speedo swap is so impractical between continents.)
