How bad is this tire damage?

Been playing around with different springs and ride heights this week. Had the spring perches a little lower than normal, and for about 20 miles the inside of my tire was rubbing against the perch. I fixed everything as soon as I got home from work, but the damage had already been done. My question is, can this be considered superficial, or is the structural integrity of the tire compromised? Pic below. Thanks.

I think it's just cosmetic damage, like a road rash.

You're good. Once you start using the tire during AutoX you'll get some nice rollover and it will all wear out evenly

I've raced on way worse. That'll disappear after some hard miles.

That's nothing more than a rub up against a curb, marring the surface, and wouldn't be considered damage.

Thanks all for the feedback. Unfortunately, I already went ahead & pulled the trigger on a new set of fronts (I had visions of a catastrophic blowout on the freeway with my son in the car). I might see about returning them, although that might be a PITA with Tire Rack. I guess I could store them in the garage, as well. Anyway, a tire rotation is already planned for tomorrow (by coincidence), so I'll just have the tech check the damage in person, but I'm feeling much better about it after getting all of your opinions.

You're in CA, but just make sure the tires are stored somewhere in a climate neutral environment...low humidity and relatively constant temperatures would work the best.

Personally, I'd saran wrap the tires just as a precaution until you need them.

Do you have any additional pics? I don't think it would be an issue, but you never know.
