Cobb won't log

I have a problem with my Cobb AP where it will no longer log if the car is moving. It will log if stationery, but as soon as the car moves a few feet, the log stops and returns to the 'Monitor' menu.

Any ideas?

I've never heard of it before.

Can you try and update the firmware? Not that the new firmware has a fix for it but fixing the issue might be a bi product.

Latest firmware is installed. It will not create log files even in a stationery positions when the AP says it is logging.

I am thinking that it may be the Awron gauge that I installed. It taps into the CANBUS under the fusebox

Oh I wish you had mentioned that

Yes that is the problem. The gauge is problem constantly tapping bus for information causing the AP connection to break.

I'm not sure how your gauge connects, but you want to make it so it's easy to turn off/disconnect on demand (to prevent it from using the bus).

Seems correct, Cobb and Awron clash as far as logging goes. Disconnected Awron and logs fines.

Pop out the center vent and unplug. Takes 5 minutes max.

5 minutes isn't a lot of time in general, unless you use the AP often. It can't be pretty annoying then.

You make compromises when you spend a $1000+ on a guage
