need my active auto werke chip uninstalled and procede rev II installed

I have a 335I with the active auto werke chip installed, I need to uninstall it and install a procede rev II. I live in south florida in West Palm Beach, can anyone help me with the uninstall and reinstall or know of any shops that are not to expensive that can help me.
