I used 1/8 for all the holes. I had to cut one bolt with a dremel tool so I would not interfere with WOT. I found the hardest part of the installation was removing and reinstalling the gas pedal. There is only one bolt and it is easy, the hard part is the electrical connector and the slide on connector for the pedal assembly. I needed to take the pedal off to get to the nuts on the bottom bolts. Once it was out of the car, cutting the little bolt was a piece of cake.
