the issue with the tail lights is that they are glass and not plastic (according to BMW). They do not have the DOT stamp of US approval, therefore cannot be sold by me since I work for the dealership. Any dealership that obtains and sells a non-DOT approved BMW product is subject to investigation by BMW NA
