Yep mine started to bog only from 3rd to 4th at around 6000rpm. My milage at that time was around 2 500km. Took my car to a BMW dealer and complained about it. They did a software uprade and the problem was solved. Old software intergration level was
E89X-11-03-510 and the new software intergration level is now
E89X-11-09-505.
