UPDATE: The diagnosis is going slow since each step they need approval from BMW NA. At this point they have found my wastgates to be destroyed which would help explain the rattling / bb sound from the turbos. does not fully explain the white / blue smoke out of the tail pipes and they are waiting to get the OK to take a look at the turbos. They feel confident no damage to the engine was done.
