Neil,
I'm running stock rear fitment in the front 265/35/19 Michelin PSS, it feels great, loads of grip and composure. My rears are Dunlop Sport Maxx GT and from what I feel are not as grippy a compound so I think its remained similar to stock with a mild understeer off the throttle, and with a bit of gas neutral, it certainly doesn't take much throttle under triple digits to bring it to oversteer either. It really is far stronger in breaking sections and not sure if its the stiffer springs or the tires but it feels more planted at high speeds. If I'm being honest the tires are my favorite mod so far, followed by chip, and then springs(which I have been very pleaseed with on stock shocks).

PS I remember you very well from the Bimmerpost z3 forums, I was young then and had a turbo'ed 1.9l montreal blue Z3 on black breytons with just about zero stock down to the carpeting, great,fun car with a much better seating position than the 1M, but the performance and driving refinement was far off from the 1m, terrible (stock, and difficult to upgrade)stereo but much better interior, I bought m seats bc they were so awesome in those cars, well still have it, but passed it on and its not in the greatest shape. I loved your m coupe, and my roommate at the time had and still has an imola red S54 coupe on LM's, just gorgeous cars to this day.
