I've done the same thing too a couple of months ago. My dealer refused to even acknowledge this was an issue. I went back and forth with them via email and phone, and referenced this thread for almost 2 weeks.... Bought the parts directly from Tischer BMW and installed easily in less than 45 min with the help of a friend! Sales people at my local BMW dealership are great, however, the service department is horrible... I tested the new parts using my track setup (F: 265/35R18, R: 285/35R18) earlier this summer and they was no rubbing issue at all when compared with using the older parts with my track setup. The rubbing issue is very clear with the older parts and track setup.
On a different note, I'm weighing in buying PSS 255/35R19 for the fronts and 275/35R19 for the rears in the next couple of months... I think this should work fine... But can someone confirm??? Regards,
