I have the stock size PSS on my car since December 2011. There is no comparison to PS2 or other real street tires (not streetable tires) in terms of putting power down. I am with stock engine tune and it just hooks at second with mild and pleasant tail movement with MDM on. Of course, if you go WOT and DSC on at the same time it will just blink and cut power. Also, they must be at operating temperature and with right pressures, as a matter of fact like all tires, so maybe a short commute and wrong pressures may be the reason for lack of grip?

On the other hand, I started to sense a slight bit of worsening in ride comfort and grip despite low mileage I have (just 7500 km.); thinking that tires are on since more than 1.5 year maybe they are heat cycled or really loosing their initial grip after some mileage. Honestly, I am not thinking about keeping them on till the end of tread life, will sell and put new ones (maybe again PSS) when they are like 50%.
