mechanically adapted GT2 seats imo would be a the best 1M seat upgrade. They're only 25lbs/12kg!!

What electronics would that be? At first glance, if you're good without seat heating, no electronic mods should be required. Depending on if your country version has occupancy detection mats, you'll have to code those out. (same for coding out any current electrical seats).
With the RI-ds, CCM-R & GT2 seats you're getting close to realizing the ultimate 1M
