Some guys have reported they get the (customs) bill two weeks later. And some do not get any extra bill. I think it depends on whether US Customs actually inspects the package/shipment. Its not a 100% type deal. Probably more like 35% of 1Addicts have reported they had to pay a US Customs fee.
