I'm still running RS-3s in stock sizes- not as quick as R comps, unfortunately. You could try the new V2 version, but I suspect it will still be lower grip than you'd like.
NT01s would be 245/275, might be too much understeer, Hoosiers or R888 in 255/275 would probably work. That last one might be your best bet...
You might also consider swapping your 19" rims to track duty, letting you run correct sized R888s, MPSC2s, Trofeo R, etc.
