Don't get me wrong, I wasn't criticizing. I just made an off-the cuff comment. First, we all love chimichurri on our steaks. And I love a good bernaise as well as worcestershire (or whatever) and even....... A1
I have a smoker as well! Obviously we are gentlemen with exquisite taste!
