Very rarely actually...I don't think those with issues were my customers. I think I have sold around 50-60 BMW kits(E46, E9x, E8x, M, none M along with GTR, Lexus, Mini and Subaru kits) so far so if I have 1-2 complaint of noise, that is still pretty good.
