I think the words 'mind boggling' came to mind when I first saw that, especially when I compare it to my times.
But on the other hand, Randy is a professional race car driver and is wheeled out by Motor Trend to put down fast consistent laps. He literally does this for a living.
So I'd be very interested to hear more about your source, who's saying that 135i was a ringer. It's not unknown with Ferrari being the most suspect. But I didn't think the German companies of BMW, Porsche and MB were inclined to do that.
