Yes, yes and yes.
The standard springs are a bit average, probably more comfortable though. I'm not big on progressive springs- don't set as well for a corner, more coils than necessary for the travel. The progressive springs felt like I was always hitting the bump stops on bad roads- the reality was that it was likely coil bound.

What do you want to do with the car?
Mine is a street only car so just looking for an improvement to the stock M-Sport dampers while maintaining ride comfort. I would like to reduce squat and dive but most importantly body roll.

My current plan is B14 with some Whiteline or AKG subframe inserts. I already have 1M front control arms.
