truth is I have an attorney involved now but am still allowing them to work on it. They had it for 12 days and blamed it on a JB4 that was used, I dinan it ?? Attorney said hogwash when they tried saying its resolve as both our technicians drove it and said " it drives like how a 135i drives" go figure even after they have seen the issue when I drive it with supervisor.
I am taking it in again and giving them the options some members had done to "resolve" the dangerous lag etc.
I am not stopping till it gets resolved not taking a NO for an answer.
