Why CDVD is needed? I have done few and only remove the existing CDV. On XI you need to massage the line a little bit on RWD is super easy. Also, I use vaccum pump to pull the fluid through the bleeder. I don't use bleeder from the top of the brake fluid reservoir under the hood.
