I've gone through almost 6 different service advisers and they all are know-it-all's, don't keep in touch with me during multi-day repairs, or, amazingly, are consistently late to work in the mornings. It's the little things that accumulate that cause my visits there to be 100x more stressful than the M Lounge can alleviate.

I usually have good experiences with the service advisers with the exception to the one of the ladies there. It seems since shes a woman she has no pull there whatsoever, my old adviser was cool as hell and always kept it 100 but he left claiming the new clientele is way younger with a feeling of entitlement(millennials?). They do have a bunch of new advisers that i have not dealt with but I bet a lot don't know jack shit, the average person on this forum knows more. I got frustrated once and even applied for a job there as service adviser hoping to make it a pleasant experience for others. I agree it is the little things that ruin the whole experience there hence why I do my own oil changes now.
