Could be a bad install. I would looses the lower nuts on the trans mounts. Just back off the nuts somewhat - but don't remove them. Then start and stop the engine a few times. This will let the engine/trans settle. Then re-tighten the trans mount nuts.
Some more NVH will occur with the M mounts... but I think your trans is just putting some pre-stress torque on your new mounts.
