Pull the padded side pieces for more room there. Believe those were just held by a guide and plastic clips, I popped them out and back in when done.

I did not consider an allen key version fuck. I tried using a ratchet, and it didn't fit well. It stripped before i could break it loose. I got the top one out completely but bottom wouldn't budge.
