Suspension done. Need some help with shopping list.

Shocks are leaking so it’s time to upgrade. I’ve read a lot of great posts but I’m looking for some advice for my situation. I have a 2010 135i MT with 130,000 km. It’s a DD but doesn’t get driven much in winter. After suspension and brakes get dialled in it will do about 4 track days a year so nothing major. Front upper and lower arms aalready swapped for m3 bits as well as rear guide rod.

I will be installing Vorshlag camber plate up front so I can adjust from summer to winter and track days.
I will be installing m3 rear subframe bushings and Ohlins R&T with Swift springs. I’m looking for some advice on which spring rates I should get?
I will also be installing adjustable rear toe links and am looking for help on brands. Is there a difference...Dinan, Rogue Engineering, other options?
Turner has upper and lower rear monoball shock mounts, are these a good option?
Last question is a rear conversion to m3 worth the cost for gains or will it cause other issues like rubbing?

Any help appreciated.
