I will be installing m3 rear subframe bushings and Ohlins R&T with Swift springs. I’m looking for some advice on which spring rates I should get?

With the M3 RSFB you can run Swift 672 lb/in springs for a dual purpose vehicle or a bit lower for a strictly street vehicle.

I will also be installing adjustable rear toe links and am looking for help on brands. Is there a difference...Dinan, Rogue Engineering, other options?

All will perform well. Just come down to price. SPL is another good one.

Turner has upper and lower rear monoball shock mounts, are these a good option?

Should reserve those parts for a track car.

Last question is a rear conversion to m3 worth the cost for gains or will it cause other issues like rubbing?

Not likely for a street car. In addition, you will have to get M3 rear dampers. In the case of the Ohlins, it will take 10 weeks to get.
