Getting multiple misfire codes, all pointing to Cylinder 4. When around 50% pedal, I get a sputter and eventually limp mode until I clear the codes.
Replaced plugs 2k miles ago
Delphi coils installed 40k miles ago
Still stock Fuel injectors.

85k miles, would a single fuel injector failure cause this problem? Running rich and sputtering? Log attached, FBO w/ backend custom flash. Haven't changed settings, this started yesterday.

2EFE = Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
2F02 = Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
2EE0 = Combustion misfiring, several cylinders: Fuel injection deactivation
2EED = Combustion misfiring, cylinder 4: Fuel injection deactivation
