I tweaked nothing and just used all the default settings with the stage 3 OTS map. All of the toggle switches are off (default). Only thing I did was re-enable kick down on the MHD side. I previously had this disabled, but read somewhere (either in their manual or instagram) that the tune needs the kickdown enabled to function properly.
Will most likely play around with torque punch, and torque reduction over the next few days and see how those feel.
