Look at where the fresh air intake is. There is supposed to be a plastic rise with a foam gasket. If that is not there you'll get water through the blower motor. There are also 2 drains on either side. if one is blocked water may be backing up.

You will have to remove the cabin air filters and the wiper cowl thing to see.
