Random misfires after car sat for a month

Car sat for a month and had a dead battery. Installed a replacement and right away its having crazy misfires it did not have before it sat, and im getting VERY little info from the car on whats going on. So far i’ve only been able to make it throw three codes which have given me an idea of whats going on but nowhere near enough id need to diag this. I have a 2c72 boost pressure regulator code, a lean mixture code, and a 3bcf headlight indicator code. I did some monitoring on mhd and the car is HEAVILY leaning out when the misfires happen. They happen at almost any point in the rpm range, but especially when the car starts to approach boost threshold. I also gleamed from monitoring that my fuel rail pressure may be a bit low at 1200psi. I dont know how a mechanical pump would go bad from sitting so i dont think its that

Anybody have any ideas? Im stumped. Again, i have ZERO misfire codes to even start diagnosing an injector in whatever cylinder, or even a code that tells me its happening on multiple/all cylinders
