When I sold my IS300 SportCross (which are fairly uncommon), I easily found comparable listings to price my car accordingly. And it sold to a buyer who didn’t even bargain for a lower price.
If I don’t figure out a price and I still want to sell it, I’ll probably submit it for an online auction (either C&B or BAT).
