I already removed wheel and spinned it with my hand and had someone pressed the brakea (Engine running) but canno hear anything abnormal . Brakes stopped fine. Im thinking it cannot compared when rotor is hot and expand also weight of car when driving.
Im thinking it’s probably debris or a small rock cought between the rotor and pads? I will remove wheel caliper and pads today or tomorrow to check clean very wrll and lubricate pins again see if this fixes this issue. Hate working with brakes 😂🙄

This was bugging me and was able to remove the caliper and pads today. Didn’t find any rocks or any debris just was very dirty inside the caliper. Cleaned up everything with brake claner greased up pins and reinstalled. No more grinding noise so far after good drive. See photo. Rotor looks much better. I still hear like a small chirping noise when coming to a stop but that sounds more like pulley or belt noise to me. Its not coming from the brakes. I was more worried about the grining noise but is gone for now. Well get into the other noise and see…,
