We can’t even tint side windows here in RI without a medical exemption. The front windshield isn’t allowed even with the medical exemption. I see a ton of cars with 20% windshields but honestly that’s too much for me at night. I did 35% all around and nothing on the windshield.

What I’m interested in is if there’s some kind of 90% tint that is invisible to the eye but cuts down the glare of LED headlights and would help someone like me with an astigmatism.
