Couple more things:
Engagement is super smooth. The combo of the ZHP knob getting me into the next gear with less effort is synchronized well with the lightened flywheel dropping the revs just a bit quicker.
When this car was sold, it was made to be easy to drive. Once you get the muscle memory, you start beating the flywheel on it's way down. When you have a wopped out dual-mass flywheel, even good shifts feel shitty. The new setup feels way more correct and natural. Less anticipation, just plain old easier.
The heavier clutch and knob really bring the feel up to par with the rest of the car. You know, how the sport suspenion thunks over bumps firmly, and the steering is surprisingly heavy (assuming you have non-AS). Compared to my buddy's Honda Fit, which is also fun to drive, this is on the other end of the spectrum, with lots of sound deadening and heavy inputs.
It's also nice just to have a fresh knob with no one else's hand goo on it. Only mine lol.
