BMW N54/N55 HPFP Rebuild/Upgrade Service.
This service includes an upgrade to all Viton seals on the fuel side for E85 compatibility!! The OEM seals swell and tear when used with E85, causing leakage and high pressure fuel loss. Avoid this issue with Viton!
All seals on the hydraulic side are replaced with OEM equivalents.
At high loads/pressures for tuned cars, the rotary seal can also push out, draining all of the hydraulic fluid and leaving you stranded with high pressure fuel loss. This service includes a retaining clip above the rotary seal to prevent it from pushing out!
We also perform a fluid leak check on the bellows separator to ensure they haven’t failed.
A vacuum is pulled on the hydraulic fluid to get nearly ALL entrained air out of the hydraulic side; air is a hydraulic system killer!! The pump is refilled with OEM equivalent hydraulic fluid and the rotary seal is replaced with a new one.
