took the car to the drag strip and it was way slower then expected had a rough look and can see boost not hitting target and some timing corrections on 2 cylinders anything else im missing here?
Your intake air temps were very hot and that was likely your main issue. You started the run at 111 deg f and ended at about 138 deg f. It’s clear that the DME was pulling a lot of timing because of it.

Boost was definitely fine for stock turbos and all your fueling and AFRs looked good, except for fuel trims since they got as low as -20%.

Biggest questions are do you have an upgraded intercooler or are you on the stock one? If you’re on stock then you need an upgraded one if you’re going to run the stage 2+ maps. If you have an upgraded one then it seems like you were sitting in line waiting a while for your run which caused your engine to get heat soaked.

And how about ethanol content of your fuel? You were on an E30 map but based on fuel trims it seems like the ethanol content in your tank was lower. A lower ethanol content than the map is rated for will also cause big timing corrections. It’s always best to run more ethanol than less (within reason, which is +10 to +20% ethanol than the map is rated for max).
