i've got the same rims, non-sp suspension, ive yet to hear a rub, ive yet to have 4 people in my car too but thats besides the point, mine looks like it sits a lil higher and once u get them on it will look real high, give it a couple hours and it will lower nicely, i first put mine on and i could fit my fist in between the front wheel and the fender, now i can hardly fit 2 fingers, thats how we like em, tight and snug
and btw, these rims make the rear of the car look 1000X better
