Koenigsegg? Sure. It's great, but it's purpose-built performance. I see a sole goal to beat records, from a new marque. No history and no feel/emotion IMO. This is obviously a subjective point but just because it's fast and expensive doesn't count.
To the commenter on Hennessey, they're a tuning house. Not a vehicle manufacturer. They may have made the venom sure. The venom may count as an exotic car but Hennessey doesn't in my book
